Pieces and Players was a highly uneven book with passages that made my heart sing and passages that left me wondering what the hell was going on. Worse, some of them were the same passages. You have no idea how much I debated how many stars to give this book/5. Pieces and Players is a complex book with many interconnected parts but that is why this book is great to read.
